| Final Approval |
Timber Creek will begin acquisition of your furniture upon approval of this document, drawings, and receipt of deposit of 50% is required. Changes we receive thereafter will likely require final approval of new documents which could delay delivery and/or installation. |
| Scratch & Dent Furniture |
Scratch & Dent Furniture provided by Timber Creek is sold on an as-is basis. The customer is asked to view and approve the furniture before delivery. No returns are accepted on Scratch & Dent Furniture |
| Delays |
If the customer is unable to receive product at the time of delivery at the agreed upon date, the product will deemed as delivered and will be invoiced as delivered. Storage charges and 2nd attempt delivery charges may apply. Standard |
| Warranty |
Timber Creek will assist customer (s) in the resolution of problems or claims concerning damaged and/or defective materials and/or workmanship made within the guaranteed of warranty period. Timber Creek will arrange for the repair of any damaged or defective following delivery or installation. |
| Damaged Freight & Claims Process |
Customers Responsibility to contact Timber Creek upon arrival of damaged freight. Customer can choose to accept or refuse the freight. If customer accepts the freight all damages MUST be noted on the bill of lading, this includes leaving packaging as is and NOT moving the product. If the customer chooses to refuse the shipment or cannot determine or perform repairs, the damaged portion may need to be sent back to Timber Creek. Customer is required to provide pictures of damages to process the claim. |
Returns |
All returns need to be authorized by Timber Creek. If authorized, a refund will be the original purchase price less actual shipping and handling costs plus 25% restocking fee. Custom ordered and custom assembled furniture that is made to your specification is not authorized returnable. Please report any damage occuring from shipping IMMEDIATELY (damages must be noted on bill of lading prior to any returns) so that a claim can be filled with the carrier. |
Taxes |
Customer agrees to pay any and all applicable taxes. Customer is tax exempt if shipping out of MN. If customer passes tax exempt status, a cirtificate of exempt is to be provided prior to order placement. |
| Deposits |
A deposit of 50% is required on all furniture projects at place of ordering. The order will not be processed until the deposit has been made and/or received by Timber Creek. |
